Yes, it is always a tough argument when budgets are discussed. Difficult to argue aesthetics, soul-food over baked beans, bus tickets or hospital beds. But I think Warhol’s definition is a little bald (did he wear a beret)?
No he would have to wear a flat cap, I assume, as my post on notesfromthemilkman explains.
